Who we are
ShippingAgain.com is operated by Threatspotting Kft ("Threatspotting"), a Hungarian company limited by shares. Threatspotting is the data controller for personal data collected through this forum.
What we collect and why
Account information: When you register, we collect your username, email address, and a password (stored hashed, not in plain text). We need these to create and secure your account.
Profile information: You may optionally add a bio, social links, or other details to your profile. This is entirely voluntary and published on the forum as you provide it.
Posts and content: Anything you post on the forum is stored and publicly visible. This includes discussions, replies, and any edits.
Technical data: Our server logs may record your IP address and browser user-agent string when you visit. This is standard web server operation and is used only for security and abuse prevention.
Analytics
We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to understand how the forum is used. Umami does not use cookies, does not store IP addresses, and does not collect any personal data. It is hosted by PikaPods in Germany and managed by Threatspotting. No analytics data is shared with third parties. We can see aggregate page views, referrers, and device types — we cannot identify individual visitors.
Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data on the following bases under GDPR:
- Contract: Account and profile data are processed to provide you with the forum service you signed up for.
- Legitimate interest: Server logs, IP addresses, and anonymous analytics are processed for security, abuse prevention, and understanding how the forum is used.
- Consent: Any optional profile information you choose to share is provided at your discretion and can be removed at any time.
Cookies
This forum uses only essential cookies required for it to function:
- flarum_session — keeps you logged in during your visit
- flarum_remember — keeps you logged in between visits if you choose "Remember me"
- CSRF token — prevents cross-site request forgery attacks
We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking. Because these are strictly necessary cookies, no consent banner is required under GDPR.
Third parties
The forum and analytics are hosted by PikaPods, a managed application hosting provider with servers in Germany (EU). Transactional emails (account confirmation, notifications, password resets) are sent via Threatspotting's own mail server, also hosted in Germany.
We do not share your personal data with any other third parties, unless required to do so by law.
Data retention
Your account data and posts are retained for as long as the forum exists. If you delete your account, your personal data (email, profile details) will be removed. Posts may be retained in anonymised form.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal data
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Request restriction of processing
- Data portability
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@threatspotting.net.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. The lead supervisory authority for Threatspotting Kft is the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).

This forum is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use this service.
